THIS is the stunning moment a man slashes at a rival with an axe before being Tasered by cops in an alleged grim assault.
Footage reveals the suspect brandishing the weapon on a foremost street in Ilford, East London, final night time.
He swings the axe as he lunges at the man in entrance of horrified passers-by and police.
