The Punjab Police on Wednesday stated it has arrested 13 folks and busted an extortion module allegedly having hyperlinks with Babbar Khalsa terrorists primarily based overseas.

“In a significant breakthrough, Khanna Police busted a global extortion and concentrating on module operated by Amrit Bal-Jaggu Bhagwanpuria-Pargat Sekhon Gang,” Yadav stated in a tweet.
“The module has hyperlinks with foreign-based terrorists of Babbar Khalsa. A complete of 13 goal suppliers and shelter suppliers have been arrested with the restoration of 5 weapons and 53 cartridges,” he added.
A case underneath the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act has been registered within the matter, the police chief stated.
