4 woman college students have been booked by police right here in Pakistan’s Punjab provincial capital for allegedly torturing a fellow woman pupil on the difficulty of medication at a high non-public college right here, prompting authorities to launch an investigation.
The incident happened on January 16 at the American Worldwide School positioned in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Lahore.
A video of a woman being tortured by her classmates at the college went Viral on social media. The video exhibits teenage women holding the alleged sufferer by the hair and pinning her to the bottom. The women might be heard verbally abusing the alleged sufferer and telling her to “express regret”.
A case has been registered by the police towards the 4 women after the sufferer’s father Imran Younis filed a grievance.

One of many suspects “is a boxer who hit the sufferer in her face whereas one other kicked her, inflicting accidents to her face. One other woman tried to strangle her,” the sufferer woman’s father stated in the FIR.
The Capital Metropolis Police Lahore and the Punjab Police have responded to the video, saying a case has been registered and that an investigation has been launched into the incident.
